April 7-9, 2017-- 13th Annual Pilot Mountain Bowed Dulcimer Festival.

                        This is the only "bowed only" event of the year. For all levels of bowed dulcimer players from

                         very beginners to advanced. Tuition for the weekend is $100.00 and that includes lunch on 

                         Saturday.

May 25-28, 2017-- Crooked Road Dulcimer Festival, Ferrum Virginia.

                           This is a wonderful small festival. Bowed dulcimer will be taught along with many other

                            dulcimer classes. The focus of the festival is more traditional than most. For more information

June 25-30, 2017--Kentucky Music Week, Bardstown, Kentucky.

                           Ken Bloom will be teaching two bowed dulcimer classes for five consecutive days along with

                           an orchestra that consists of any instruments that want to participate. Detailed instruction

November 16-19, 2017--North Georgia Foothills Fall Event at Unicoi State Park, Helen, Georgia.

                                  Concentrated bowed dulcimer instruction in a lovely setting. Great accomodations
